The plans for 2020 Monster Energy Supercross to resume at the end of May are still being worked on behind the scenes, which means that all of the riders and teams are back at the test tracks and attempting to prepare as much as possible for the eleventh round. Chad Reed has a bit more work to do than his competitors, it seems, as he has been on a KTM 450 SX-F since the previous round in Daytona and now appears to be fine tuning the machine to race it through the rest of the year.
Reed had previously ridden a CRF450R, with support from the Mountain Motorsports dealership. That dealership also carries KTM, however, which means that the switch to Austrian machinery was not too much of an upheaval. Reed has now shared the first video of him riding supercross on the orange (or black) bike, which can be viewed below.
