Whilst perusing the ADAC website in order to gain a better understanding of the German schedule, some interesting news jumped off of a page. An article that was obviously posted in German looked ahead to the Motocross of Nations with some insight from Thomas Wolfgang, the team manager, and positive news for the fans.
A quick translation of a quote from Thomas Wolfgang confirmed that he has been in touch with a fan favourite, Ken Roczen, recently. “I am in contact with Ken Roczen very regularly and he has promised me that he will be competing for our team this year,” he said. “Of course, on the condition that he is fit for health.”
Ken Roczen returned to racing at round one of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series on Saturday and immediately showed flashes of potential with a sixth in moto one. Max Nagl and Henry Jacobi are also the favourites to represent Team Germany later this year. Nagl, who is racing a TM for the first time, runs eleventh in the premier-class standings in the FIM Motocross World Championship. Jacobi runs eighth in his class.
