24MX and MX Vice join forces

We have some great news for the MX Vice community. For several years, we have been trying to push the sport as much as possible and, with the help of our community, we have been successfully punching way above our weight. MX Vice has been an ideas engine at the forefront of off-road over the seven years.

Although we have enjoyed the challenge of trying to compete with established media companies with a modest budget and an underdog mentality to succeed, resources have restricted our innovation over the past twelve months and that has become frustrating.

We are pleased to announce that 24MX and MX Vice will be joining forces, with 24MX acquiring MX Vice and its core products. With both companies sharing the same culture and vision nothing major will change, except MX Vice will have the resources to reach more people, create more content and deliver our products quicker. It is a win-win for everyone, especially our audience.

24MX’s acquisition of MX Vice will enable us to deliver the following features to our passionate audience over the next eight months:

– Weekly European motocross podcast show.

– Online TV show.

– Translation into French, German, Spanish and Italian.

– Largest motocross review channel for products, tracks, bikes and parts.

– Media support for local youth and amateur clubs.

– Women’s motocross coverage.

– Amazing product deals to MX Vice

– Job creation, both full-time and freelance positions.

Plans are already in motion for a weekly two-hour motocross podcast show, the start of an online TV show and the website to be translated into several languages. 24MX will be creating more jobs in the UK motocross industry and creating job positions in the MXGP paddock too. Our main goal is to amplify the sport we love to people within the off-road community and out of it.

James Burfield (Head of MX Vice): “This is seven years of hard work paying off. We have found a partner who shares our vision, culture and passion for two wheels and more importantly motocross. We will be able to create new jobs within the UK and Europe, whilst pushing into several sectors including women’s motocross, youth and amateur, product reviews and bike tests. Content is something I care deeply about, so I am very excited to see how far we can grow MX Vice over the next twelve months.”
