All of Dyer and Butler KTM’s boys were out, at this weekend’s Redbull Pro Nationals at Landrake.
Liam was first up in the Redbull rookies. Saturday started off well with him coming back from a first corner crash to 5th. The next three races were inconsistent with him struggling to find his rhythm, but by his last race, Liam managed to pull it back coming in 9th across the line and a reasonable 17th overall.
Lee Foyle had his first outing of the season, for the team in the 2 stroke championship. Lee’s consistent riding style suited the perfectly prepared track giving him a 10th, 11th and 10th and an overall 11th.
Jamie Law qualified well in the mx1 pro nationals taking that confidence through to race 1, cruising across the line in 6th. Race 2 started off well with him gating in the top 6, but the lack of bike time started to take its toll with him fading towards the end and finally finishing in 8th. Undeterred Jamie was back on form in the last race with his best start of the day rounding out the first lap in the top 5. Even though the rain had returned Jamie’s solid performance meant he crossed the line in 6th, giving him 6th overall.
“I’m happy with my speed this weekend” Says Jamie “I think it’s a solid platform to work from, but I also know I need to continue to work on my fitness so I can work towards finishing in a podium position.”
