Denmark have not necessarily been a factor at the Motocross of Nations in recent years. This year will be different, however, as Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Thomas Kjer Olsen could lead them to respectable results.

Olsen, the winner of the Grand Prix of Latvia in May, will represent the nation alongside Stefan Kjer Olsen and Nikolaj Larsen. Denmark finished fourteenth last year, but just seven points separated them from a position inside of the top ten. The team, managed by Emil Larsen, will march into Matterley Basin on September 30th with three capable riders and should be able to bridge that gap.

More Motocross of Nations announcements are expected over the weekend. Team USA and Team Switzerland will be revealed tomorrow, Saturday 12th August, so stay tuned to MX Vice for those announcements.
