The Ken Hall International on August 30/31 is Cab Screens MX team’s local race and is an important part of the calendar for the team that is based 10 minutes away from the famous Langrish track.
Team Manager Lee Webber said “I’ve always supported the Langrish Club and The Ken Hall event through my riding days and since starting the team 4 years ago. This year I wanted to do a lot more and I’m so happy to be involved”
The team’s involvement starts on the Sunday, with Cab Screens using the twin shock race to launch the inaugural “Jeff Freeman 42” shield, in memory of their close friend and regular Ken Hall racer who sadly passed away last year after a long illness.
Monday sees Cab Screens MX sponsor the holeshot award in the main race, with £100 per race up for grabs to the holeshotwinner in the 3 races.
And the support doesn’t stop there, as Cab Screens MX are planning a goodie bag giveaway on Monday at 11am, where the riders will be available to sign posters too. The goodie bags will be full of Cab Screens and team sponsor merchandise and will also be handed out to the Langrish clubs hard working marshalls.
Cab Screens MX will have all 3 of their riders in the main race, with Dan Thornhill on his comeback ride following a knee injury, alongside Ashley Smith and Josh Coleman.
