Oakleaf Kawasaki are pleased to announce that the 2013 ArenaCross 3rd place finisher, Jack Brunell, has agreed terms and will ride the KX450f at the 2014 indoor series, starting in January.
The upcoming series has increased the number of rounds from four to seven and is travelling from Northern Ireland to London.
Talking about his thoughts and preperation for riding with the team, Brunell says;
“I’m really looking forward to it. I’m starting now, and doing the supercross at Bercy, Genova and maybe some of the German rounds as well, but obviously the British series is the most important for me and the team because I really want to win that championship, and I think we can.
We’ve got the bike set up and my suspension sorted so I’m as prepared as I’ve ever been. I’m training hard and I’ll be going into the UK series at 100%, so I can’t see a reason why we’re not top of the podium every single race.
Team owner, Shaun Anthony commented on Brunells ArenaCross signing:
“I’m delighted to have jack on board for the Indoor series, this will start another chapter for us here at Oakleaf Kawasaki. Matt bates and his team do a great job at their events, and it’s something I’m looking forward to taking my sponsors to, and I feel with the products we use we can put jack on the top step.”
The ArenaCross series will be calling at, The Belfast Odyssey Arena, the 17th & 18th of January – Birmingham LG Arena, the 25th of January – Liverpool Echo Arena, on the 2nd of February – Newcastle Metro Arena, on the 9th of February – Sheffield Motorpoint Arena, on the 15th of February and London Wembley Arena, on the 1st of March.
