Last weekend the team travelled to Round 4 of the AMCA British Championships at nearby Frocester. On a track they knew well both riders achieved their best overall results of the year and moved forward in the overall standings.
Brandon was unlucky to make a small mistake in race 1 on the last lap when running 6th. He followed this up with an 11th in race 2 despite suffering from badly bleeding blisters on his hand. Patched up for the final race, and with the track at its roughest, he showed pure grit and determination to fight from outside the top 10 into 5th for his best result this year. A true testament to his ability to never give up.
Brad came through from dead last in race 1 to record a 16th place finish. This was followed up with an 11th in race 2. Mirroring his team mate Brad had a cracking ride in the final race. Ending the first lap in 8th he pushed on, overtaking experience riders John May and Luke Meredith and benefiting from a mistake from Adam Harris to take an amazing 5th place. The MX1 class is packed full of potential winners so it was great to see Brad pushing forward and making challenges.
As a team we felt we have turned a corner this weekend. Both riders know that with decent starts they can run top 5. Exciting times ahead.
Brad Turner (MX1)

6th Overall and currently 11th in the series
Brandon Benjamin (MX2)
