This weekend sees 6 AMCA Motocross on the calendar, with some superb

Congratulations Dursley
A huge congratulations to the Dursley club on running a spectacular opening
round of the MX1 and MX2 Championship at Nympsfield. A massive crowd
witness some awesome racing which filled the masses with enthusiasm for the
season ahead.

Keeping an interested eye on the action at Nympsfield in the opening AMCA
Championship round on Sunday was former triple AMCA MX2 Champion Brad
O’Leary,now making a name for himself in Supermoto racing.

2-Stroke & Vets Championship
The 2-Stroke and Vets Championship is fast approaching with the first round to
take place on Sunday 5th May at the superb Brookthorpe circuit with the
Chelteham club hosting. A reminder to riders that there are a few spaces in
both Championships available, so register now to avoid missing out.

Youth MX2 and Inters Championship
The Youth MX2 and Inters Championship will be run again in 2013, some great
racing was produced in 2012 as the series go from strength to strength. For

The 2013 IMBA MX2 European Championship kicks off this Sunday as Team AMCA Great Britain travel to
Wohlen in Switzerland.
Representing the AMCA will be regulars Paul Neale and Scott Mathia whilst 2012 AMCA MX2 Champion
Jack Cox and debutant Ryan Crowder complete the team. After having an outing in the final round last
year in Holland, this will be Cox’s first full season of European action whilst for Crowder this is a whole new
adventure!!.Looking after the lads in Europe will be Colin Price of the Gloucester Club.
Following the Swiss action the remaining IMBA MX2 rounds are as follows,

The AMCA has launched its own YouTube channel and would like for our members to send in their video’s or
headcam footage of AMCA events on DVD, or via email so they can be edited and uploaded to the site.
Please send them in with a brief covering letter giving details of the event, the date, and other info such as the
race class or more and take pleasure in watching the views tot up!
