The sixteenth round of the MXGP World Championship came to an end on the complex sandy track of Arnhem, in the Netherlands. It was a race full of pitfalls for Team Honda Maddii ABF Italia, who had to deal with bad luck and crashes.
MX2 Class
Maxime Grau did not achieve the hoped-for result. After a complicated first moto, marked by three crashes and a subsequent retirement in Race 2 due to problems at the start, the French rider was unable to show his full potential.

EMX250 European Championship
In the EMX250 category, Niccolò Alvisi secured a solid 13th place overall. Despite a difficult start in Race 1, Alvisi pulled off a splendid comeback to finish in twelfth position. In Race 2, after starting inside the top 10, a slight physical drop and the mud forced him to manage his race, crossing the line in fifteenth place and taking home valuable points.
A weekend to forget for Elias Escandell, who unfortunately finished outside the points following several mistakes and crashes along the Dutch track.

Marco Maddii, Team Manager: “A tough weekend for our team colors. In MX2, Maxime Grau suffered three crashes in Race 1 and was forced to retire in Race 2 following an issue at the start. As for the EMX250 European Championship, Alvisi put in a good performance: after a great comeback in Race 1 from the back up to 12th place, he got off to a good top-ten start in Race 2 and then felt a bit of fatigue, finishing 15th—still securing a good 13th overall. On the other hand, it was an off weekend for Escandell, hindered by too many mistakes.”
