VP Racing Fuels, Inc., The World Leader in Fuel Technology®, has acquired PRO ENERGY FUEL LIMITED, a supplier of aviation gasoline, racing fuels, lubricants, and related products.
The acquisition establishes VP Racing’s European headquarters in Sligo, Ireland, with operations in Wroclaw, Poland, and Rotterdam, the Netherlands, supported by a distribution network spanning Europe. This creates a permanent platform to serve the motorsports, aviation, and performance fuel markets across continental Europe while further strengthening support for customers in the United Kingdom.
The move enhances VP Racing’s ability to support racing series, venues, teams, distributors, aviation customers, and retail partners through improved logistics, greater technical expertise, and enhanced product availability. It also extends the hands-on service approach that has defined the VP Racing brand for more than 50 years.
Expanding European Motorsports Support
VP Racing Fuels already has a strong presence in European drag racing, serving as the Official Fuel of Santa Pod Raceway throughout the 2025 and 2026 seasons. With PRO ENERGY now part of the VP Racing family, the company is well positioned to expand its support across continental Europe by improving fuel availability, streamlining logistics, and strengthening technical support.
Beyond drag racing, VP Racing continues to grow its presence in road racing, rallying, and karting, where fuel consistency and reliability are essential. The new European hub will allow closer collaboration with teams, championship organizers, and circuit operators throughout key European markets.
VP Racing is also expanding its presence in two-wheel competition as the official fuel supplier for Yamaha and Honda OEM motocross programs. The new hub will improve local product availability and provide enhanced event support.
Advancing Sustainable and Aviation Fuel Solutions
PRO ENERGY brings a 100% sustainable racing fuel that complies with FIA and FIM Appendix requirements, offering an immediate solution for evolving environmental regulations without compromising performance.
The acquisition also strengthens VP Racing’s aviation fuel business in Europe. PRO ENERGY’s existing infrastructure will expand the availability of aviation gasoline (Avgas), while VP Racing continues the development of its unleaded aviation fuel in partnership with LyondellBasell. The fuel has successfully completed extensive testing and continues to move toward broader certification and commercial availability.
Expanding Consumer Performance Fuel Distribution
The acquisition supports VP Racing’s strategy to further expand its consumer performance fuel products throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. The new operations hub will improve distributor support, strengthen supply chains, and increase retail availability for products used in small engines, powersports, and enthusiast applications.
