Ricardo Bauer Crowned 125cc World Champion in the Czech Republic

Ricardo Bauer of the KTM Factory Rookies claimed the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship title in the 125cc class in spectacular fashion at Jinín, Czech Republic. The young Austrian was the fastest rider throughout the entire weekend and capped off his dominant performance with two convincing moto victories.

Bauer already demonstrated that he was the rider to beat in qualifying by setting the fastest lap time, securing the best gate pick for both motos.

In the opening moto, the KTM rider completed the first lap in second place. He patiently built his race before taking over the lead on lap nine. From that point on, Bauer never looked back, controlling the race to claim an impressive moto win.

The Austrian also showcased his class in the second moto. This time, he grabbed the holeshot and led from start to finish. Riding flawlessly, Bauer steadily extended his advantage and crossed the finish line six seconds clear of the competition.

With two dominant moto victories, Bauer secured the 125cc World Championship title. It marks the crowning achievement of an outstanding season, during which the Austrian has already established himself as one of the standout riders in the EMX125 Championship.
