Enzo Temmerman Set for Comeback at Hangtown National

Enzo Temmerman will return to racing this weekend at the Hangtown National. For the young American, it will be his first race of 2026 after suffering a serious injury during preseason preparations.

Temmerman crashed during a test session in January while preparing for the SMX Next events. The accident resulted in a fractured femur, forcing him to miss the entire SMX Next Supercross season.

According to Monster Energy Kawasaki Team Green, the rider has recovered sufficiently and is ready to make his comeback at his home race in Hangtown.

“After breaking his femur in January and missing the SMX Next Supercross season, Monster Energy Kawasaki Team Green rider Enzo Temmerman will return to competition this weekend at his home race, the Hangtown National. Look for Temmerman aboard the No. 92 Team Green machine in the 250 class,” the team stated.

The Hangtown National marks an important step in Temmerman’s recovery process. The talented Kawasaki rider will compete in the 250 class and will have the opportunity to regain race fitness and rhythm at his home track following several months of rehabilitation.
