Dean Gregoire came close to victory in the MX2 class at Le Touquet. In the closing stages of the race, Gregoire managed to pass leader Tom Caneele and seemed on course for the win. However, just before the finish, things went wrong and he crashed. Shortly after, he fell two more times, allowing Caneele to take the victory and secure the title ahead of Gregoire.
Jake Cannon of BUD Racing Kawasaki finished third, ahead of Felix Cardineau and Tom Dukerts. Belgium’s Harry Seel came home in sixth place, while Ryan Bart van Hove claimed tenth.
