Young Motion powered by Resa Strengthens Line-Up with Young Talent Alessandro Gaspari

The Dutch MX2 Grand Prix team Young Motion powered by Resa has further expanded its 2026 rider line-up with the signing of Alessandro Gaspari. The young rider joins the Haaksbergen-based team, marking an important next step in his international motocross career.

With the addition of Gaspari, Young Motion powered by Resa is making a clear commitment to developing young talent. Team Manager Ron aan de Stegge explains the team’s strategic direction:

“In recent years, as a relatively new team, we deliberately signed experienced Grand Prix riders, with Polak, Luning, and Olsson combining for nearly 150 Grand Prix starts. As 2026 will be our fifth GP season, we decided last winter that we are now ready to give young talents the opportunity to take this step. Alessandro fits perfectly into that vision.”

Gaspari previously finished fourth and fifth in the 65cc and 85cc European Championships, achieved multiple top-five results in EMX125, and gained his first experience in the EMX250 class last season at the age of 17.

Gaspari is set to make his debut with the team at the pre-season race in Lierop, after which he will focus on competing in the MX2 Grand Prix events. The remaining riders for the team’s 2026 line-up will be announced in the coming weeks.
