In a post on his social channels, Tyla van de Poel has announced that he is taking a step back in his motocross career.
The De Baets MX Team rider has experienced a lot of setbacks with injuries in recent years, and this has taken a significant mental toll on him.
Next season, he will compete in the Inters MX2 class with the VLM, marking a new chapter in his MX life.
“Thank you to everyone for supporting me during this amazing chapter of my life. But now it’s time to go back to the local races and have fun on the bike,” said Tyla.
