Todd Kellett has won the second round of the French Sand Championship at Loon Plage. In the 2.5-hour race, Kellett secured victory ahead of Belgian rider Cyril Genot and Milko Potisek. Håkon Fredriksen and Lars van Berkel finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
