Cornelius Toendel of the JWR Honda team will not return to action for the remainder of this season. Toendel sustained an ankle injury during the MXGP qualifying heat in the Czech Republic and underwent surgery earlier this week.
As a result of the injury, Toendel will be sidelined for several months and will not compete again this year. He will now focus on his recovery ahead of the 2026 season.
