Haiden Deegan delivered a very strong performance in the first 250 moto of the AMA Pro Motocross in Southwick. Deegan immediately took the lead and pulled away from his pursuers. Michael Mosiman held second place for most of the moto, but a late-race issue forced him to surrender positions to Levi Kitchen and Tom Vialle, finishing fourth.
Vialle had an early crash but made an impressive comeback to finish third. Mikkel Haarup also put in a solid performance, rounding out the top five.
