A major piece of the puzzle that is the Motocross of Nations has been revealed; Team USA have named their three riders. Eli Tomac (MXGP), Aaron Plessinger (MX2) and Justin Barcia (Open) will represent the United States on home turf in October. The announcement was made at Unadilla moments ago.
Eli Tomac has not competed at the last three events, as he last took to the track at an Motocross of Nations in Latvia in 2014. Justin Barcia, who has proven that he excels in the high-pressure situation, last raced in France in 2015 and actually won a moto on that day. Aaron Plessinger will lean on those two in what will be his first time competing at a Motocross of Nations.
