Following on from the decision to postpone the opening round of the Judd KTM British Youth National Championship, RHL Activities have now announced that a wet-weather plan has been implemented for Culham. The details below are relevant to riders, teams and spectators.
According to a press release from RHL, the main gates are going to open at eight on Saturday morning. Everyone will queue on the access road into the site at that point. Vehicles will then be escorted into the site at half past ten, before being placed by the paddock team. Spectators who are planning to camp are not allowed to enter until midday on Saturday. Simple, right? There is more to take note of though. The paddock is going to be on lockdown until Sunday morning, for instance, and no one will be allowed to walk the track until RHL announce that it is open.
How about people who are not stopping on Saturday night, but are still entering the facility that day? Those people will be parked in the car park on the left and will not be allowed to enter the paddock with their vehicle. RHL have already announced that they will help those people to transport tools and equipment to the paddock.
