Event Information: Oakland

A convenient tool for Oakland

· 3 min read

The Monster Energy Supercross series will charge into Northern California this weekend. The fifth round of seventeen will be held in Oakland, just a short drive from San Francisco, and actually be more accessible for international fans. The event is the first day race of the season, hence why this feature may be more useful than ever before. Get in touch via social media if you have any additional questions and we will do our best to assist you.

Information

– The Oakland Alameda Coliseum is based in Northern California. Those in that part of the world are eight hours behind the United Kingdom and seven down on mainland Europe, so it would be wise to adjust the timetable above accordingly. That was constructed based on local time.

– International viewers actually have an opportunity to watch Monster Energy Supercross live this year, thanks to a new pay-per-view package. There is hundreds of hours worth of content on the system, which costs a fair amount, and the live stream is impeccable. It is something that most users would recommend to hardcore fans.

– The pay-per-view package referenced above is based around the evening programme, but the riders obviously hit the track before that. Those qualifying sessions can actually be viewed live on MX Vice and it does not cost you a penny. The stream will begin at ten to six in the United Kingdom.

– Oakland is often hit by poor weather, but that will not be an issue this weekend. Clear skies are expected and temperatures will hover around twenty-two degrees on race day. Weather has, thankfully, not been too much of an issue recently.
