Eli Tomac hit the ground extremely hard in the first main event at the Monster Energy Cup. Tomac jumped straight up from the crash, which occurred on the fastest section of the track, but did not return for the final two main events.
There was not much communication from Eli Tomac or Monster Energy Kawasaki, but the former has now realised a statement on his social media accounts. "Well a massive high-side crash was not the plan for Saturday night," he wrote. "Thankful to walk away from it, just a bit beat up, but not broken. See y'all at A1."
Tomac is not scheduled to compete in any of the remaining off-season races, so Anaheim 1 will be the next chance for fans to see the 450MX champion in action.
