Race Control: Geneva

Prepare for the weekend ahead.

Industry leaders Fox Racing continue to innovate with their various different products that are in high demand worldwide. Their ‘Instinct’ boots, which are a step ahead of the rest, have taken countless riders to the most prestigious championships this year. You can join them by running exactly the same products, with the help of this link. #LiveForIt.

Geneva really is the final chapter of the year, as no noteworthy races take place following this. The event is unfortunately difficult to follow from the couch, despite how relevant it is to the average fan, hence why we have loaded everything that you could potentially need to know into this feature. We’ll continue to update this as more information becomes available.

Useful Information

– The full MX Vice team are already at the track, just as we have been at thirty-five other events thus far this year. We’ll be covering the event to the fullest on this very site. You can expect videos, interviews, opinions, analysis, results, podcasts and more over the weekend, so we would advise that you stay tuned. We’ll also be doing live updates, which are perfect if you’re unable to attend, so you can follow those on this link.

– If that is not enough for you, you can also follow us on Instagram (@mxvice) and SnapChat (mxvice). We have plenty of content to keep you entertained! Presumably you already follow us on Facebook (MXVice.com) and Twitter (@motocrossvice)?

– This event is occasionally shown on TV in the UK, but that does not appear to be the case this year. There will not be a live stream either, unfortunately, so you really will have to rely on us as the weekend progresses.

– If you are thinking of heading to the event this weekend, there is still time! Tickets can be purchased from various sources online and cost around £55 a night (the event is run on both Friday and Saturday). The stadium is right next to the airport, but the specific address is Route François-Peyrot 30, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex.

– We are one hour ahead of the UK here in Switzerland, so bear that in mind when perusing the timetables. We are eight hours ahead of California, also, but eleven hours behind Sydney. If you need information that is specific to where you live, just let us know on social media.
