There is less positive news coming from the American Triumph camp. Both Jalek Swoll and Austin Forkner are sidelined for the time being due to injuries and will undergo surgery this week.
Jalek Swoll sustained his injury during the incident in Birmingham. Medical examinations have revealed that he has a damaged right Achilles tendon. The American will undergo surgery for this, followed by a period of rehabilitation.
Austin Forkner also suffered a setback. He broke his left hand in a recent training crash. He, too, will undergo surgery this week in order to make a full recovery.
Forkner’s goal is to be back in shape in time for the upcoming Pro Motocross season, where he is scheduled to compete on the TF 250-X.
Both riders are now fully focused on their recovery, aiming to return to the track as soon as possible.
