Tough day in the office for Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP’s TIM GAJSER and MAXIME RENAUX at the opening round of the FIM Motocross World Championship in Bariloche, ARGENTINA. A brand-new, fast-paced and choppy track made it hard for both riders to get comfortable — and a lapper nearly ended Gajser’s weekend! Despite the setbacks, Tim and Max kept their sense of humour and never stopped fighting.
Meanwhile, in MX2, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2’s 17-year-old sensation Janis Reisulis impressed with his speed as he led laps and ended his MX2 debut inside the top-5, while brother Karlis delivered a strong ride as well. With everyone glad to leave the soft-but-rocky circuit with all their teeth intact, the team will regroup, keep building, and come out swinging at Round 2 in Almonte, Spain.
