Eli Tomac and Levi Kitchen set the fastest lap times in the first qualifying session of the AMA Supercross Championship in Anaheim. In the 450 class, Chase Sexton posted the second-fastest time behind Tomac, followed by Ken Roczen in third. Jorge Prado also showed strong pace with the fourth-fastest time, ahead of Hunter Lawrence in fifth.
In the 250 class, Levi Kitchen topped the timesheets ahead of Haiden Deegan. Chance Hymas was also quick, recording a lap time within the same second as Kitchen and Deegan. Ryder DiFrancesco and Max Vohland completed the top five.
