It’s over for Lorenzo Santolino. Victim of a crash at kilometer 313, the Spaniard is unable to repair the damaged parts and will not finish the stage, nor the Dakar. As a Rally GP rider, he is not allowed to restart. A tough blow for the Sherco brand, which can now only rely on Bradley Cox, as Indian rider Harith Noah (Rally 2) also retired after a crash yesterday.
