Guillod and Rubini to race in the USA full time

Valentin Guillod and Stéphane Rubini have confirmed their plans for the 2026 season, in which both riders will join the privateer Rock River Yamaha – Gizmo Racing team to take on their AMA Supercross debut.

Guillod is already familiar with the setup, having made the move to the United States with the same team in 2025. That season, he delivered a solid performance in AMA Pro Motocross, finishing ninth overall. For 2026, the Swiss rider will take on a new challenge by making his Supercross debut, competing in the 250SX East division, which is scheduled to begin on February 22 in Arlington. Once that phase of the calendar concludes, the plan is to return to the 450 class to once again contest the Pro Motocross Championship.

Stéphane Rubini, meanwhile, will take on his first full season in the United States, competing directly in the 450SX class starting at Anaheim 1. The Frenchman arrives with significant international experience, having raced for Honda Brazil over the past two years, where he was crowned MX1 champion last season.

Rock River Yamaha’s international lineup is completed by Swedish rider Fredrik Noren, a highly experienced competitor in American motocross and supercross, who will bring consistency and valuable knowledge to the team for this new campaign.
