Following the release of the ACU British Motocross 2026 Championship provisional calendar earlier this year, they have now confirmed the venues for all eight dates. The eight-round series will commence in March and conclude in September and will work alongside the provisional MXGP calendar, allowing riders to compete in any selected MXGP / EMX rounds they wish.

After a round in the Scottish Highlands its back down south to Canada Heights for round six, for round seven they jump over the border in South Wales and moon like landscape of Monster Mountain and finally Blaxhall on the east coast will play host to the final round of the 2026 championship.

“We had a slight delay finalising venues this year. We came very close to having the Grand Prix circuit at Matterley on the calendar, but due to planning issues around another event in the area, it wasn’t possible for 2026 — we will try again for 2027. We’re visiting some established championship circuits at different times of the year, which keeps things interesting. We also welcome Monster Mountain to the series — the amount of work going into that venue is incredible. We’re now just finalising the Scottish round. Registrations for the 2026 series has seen an increase on 2025 uptake especially in the MX125 class with many youth riders making the transition. The MX2 class has plenty of fresh blood this season will a serious amount of talent moving up from last year’s MX125 class. Judging by those who have already registered in MX1 and those I know are racing the British this year, this class is going to have a renewed energy for 2026”. said Series Director Paul Irwin
Riders and teams who have not yet registered are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, as riding numbers for the 2026 season are now being confirmed.
