Luke Clout and Lux Turner claimed victory at the third round of the Australian Supercross Championship in Cronulla.
In the SX1 class, Luke Clout took the overall win with 2-1 finishes in the finals, ahead of Dean Wilson (1-6) and Cedric Soubeyras (4-3). Mitchell Harrison and Hayden Mellross completed the top five in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Dean Wilson appeared to have another flawless night in Sydney, claiming 1-1 finishes in the SX1 class. However, his perfect run was cut short after receiving a five-position penalty from the Clerk of Course for jumping under a yellow flag. As a result, Luke Clout was awarded the overall victory on the night.
In the SX2 class, the win went to Lux Turner with 2-1 results in the finals, followed by Ryder Kingsford (1-2) and Thomas Wood (3-6). Cole Thompson and Jayce Cosford rounded out the top five.
In the championship standings, Wilson remains in the lead with an 18-point advantage over Soubeyras, while Mellross sits third, 39 points behind Wilson.
In the SX2 standings, Turner leads the way with a 26-point margin over Kingsford, with Larwood holding third place.
