Hunter Lawrence wrapped up the 78th edition of the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations in perfect style by winning his second race of the day. With Australia taking victory in all three motos, the reigning champions successfully defended their title and once again lifted the prestigious Chamberlain Trophy.
Behind the unstoppable Hunter Lawrence, Eli Tomac finished second, followed by Jett Lawrence in third. Tim Gajser and Romain Febvre completed the top five.
For Team Netherlands, Calvin Vlaanderen lined up for the final moto but was unfortunately forced to retire early from the race.
After three thrilling races, Team Australia stood on the top step of the podium, joined by Team USA in second and Team France in third. The young Team Belgium trio of the Coenen brothers and Liam Everts impressed with a strong fourth place, ahead of a surprisingly competitive Team Slovenia in fifth.
