Kay de Wolf emerged victorious in the qualifying heat in Australia. Championship leader Simon Langenfelder finished fourth, reducing his lead in the standings to 13 points.
Sacha Coenen took an early lead but was unable to hold off De Wolf, eventually finishing second. Guillem Farres claimed third place ahead of Simon Langenfelder and Andrea Adamo.
Rick Elzinga crossed the line in eighth position, while Kay Karssemakers secured tenth place, earning the final point.
