Andrea Adamo won the first moto of the MXGP in Sweden ahead of Sacha Coenen, who led for a long time. Kay de Wolf managed to pass Liam Everts in the final stages and finished third, ahead of Everts and Simon Laengenfelder. With this result, de Wolf reduces his deficit to 35 points.
