Unfortunately, John Adamson will not be competing at the upcoming MXGP round in Lommel next weekend following a crash during training.
A false neutral on takeoff led to a high-speed crash at nearly 50mph. While there are no fractures, the impact has left Adamson bruised and in need of a recovery period.
“It’s frustrating to miss Lommel, especially like this,” said Adamson. “Thankfully, nothing is broken, but I’ll need a week to let the body heal properly. It could have been worse, but still, it’s not ideal timing.”
Adamson remain fully focused on returning in time for the next round of the British Championship at Landrake and are optimistic about being fit to race.
