Vaclav Kovar won the second race of the EMX2T on Sunday morning, and combined with his second-place finish on Saturday, it was enough to secure the European title. In the second race, Andrea Rossi crossed the finish line in second place, with Adam Fridlund finishing third.
Alongside European Champion Vaclav Kovar, Italians Andrea Rossi and Mirko Valsecchi also earned spots on the podium. Sampo Rainio, who had dominated the weekend up to that point, had a very poor start in the second race and could only manage 15th place. As a result, he dropped to sixth place in the overall standings.
