Romain Febvre claimed victory in the MXGP qualifying race in the Czech Republic. Lucas Coenen finished second, followed by Spain’s Ruben Fernandez in third.
Glenn Coldenhoff took the holeshot but was passed by Febvre in the second lap. The Frenchman, carrying the red plate, then rode unchallenged to the win in the qualifying heat. Behind him, Lucas Coenen quickly moved up into second place. In the very final lap, Ruben Fernandez managed to take over third from Coldenhoff, who had to settle for fourth.
