The season has come to an end for Alberto Forato of the SR Honda Racing Motoblouz team. Forato initially injured his knee during the first race in Argentina but had recently been regaining form in the past few weeks. Unfortunately, during the most recent Grand Prix in Finland, he re-injured the same knee, which now requires surgery.
Continuing with a torn ACL and two damaged menisci is simply not an option. As a result, Forato has made the difficult decision to undergo surgery so he can be ready in time to prepare for the new season.
Quentin Prugnières will take Forato’s place in the SR Honda Racing Motoblouz team.
