He was also instrumental in the R&D department of Yamaha developing the new models as the factory produced them (including the YZF models but we won’t hold that against him), having never stopped riding and racing after his professional career ended and he moved into business starting DRD pipes, he is still bike fit and properly quick, he’s certainly one to watch when the gate drops.
