Marcel Stauffer thrills fans on the forest circuit with two running wins. Max Nagl is further expanding the lead in the ADAC MX Masters with second place. Jordi Tixier impresses with a strong comeback.

In demanding racing conditions in Bielstein, Marcel Stauffer (A/Osicka MX Team) excelled with the overall victory after three races, of which he won the first two. Max Nagl (D/Dörr Motorsport Triumph Racing powered by Krettek) increased his lead in the championship with the second. Jordi Tixier (F/ KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG) entered the show strongly with third overall place.

Marcel Stauffer felt very comfortable on the hard ground

Stauffer was on the verge of a perfect race record on the “Waldkurs” (Forest Course). After remarkable duels, he won the first two races and attacked the leading Nagl several times in the third race. After several changes of position, the two and Stauffers came to fall. Nevertheless, he defended second place in the race and won the event classification of the ADAC MX Masters for the first time in his career.

“I came with high expectations and showed that I was very fast on hard floor. The duels with Max were a lot of fun, even though I came to fall in the last run. So a weekend motivated very shocking and gives me a breath of breath and motivation after my season started a bit bumpy. I hope that I can take the swing with me in the sand to Tensfeld,” said Stauffer.

Nagl started on Saturday with the Red Bull Holeshot in the first run, but had to admit defeat after a remarkable duel Stauffer. In the second race, he finished the first lap in fifth place and quickly finished second behind Stauffer. In the last lap, he was pushed by Roan Van de Moosdijk (NL/Kosak Racing Team) to third place, which achieved his best result in Bielstein. In the third race, Nagl passed the third round of quick-starter Noah Ludwig (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team). After a round-long duel with Stauffer, Nagl celebrated his first race victory on the weekend, Ludwig finished third. After Van de Moosdijk had already been cancelled in the first lap after a crash in the third round, Nagl extended his lead in the championship to 42 points.

“Marcel was enormously fast this weekend. The duels with him were tough, but very fair and respectful. The collision in the third run was unintentional. The weekend was very intense for me, but very good. I took important points in the championship,” beamed Nagl.
