World champions will line up on Sunday, July 6th, at the Dutch Mid Season Race in Heerde—and one of them is Lotte van Drunen. The girl from Sliedrecht claimed her first-ever Women’s World Championship title last year. She currently leads the standings again and has a strong chance of defending her crown.
Van Drunen will compete in the 250cc class in Heerde, where she’ll be racing against the men. Having grown up competing with the boys, this is nothing new for her. However, it will be exciting to see how far she can go in Heerde.
At the event, she’ll be sharing the starting gate with top riders like Kay de Wolf, Cas Valk, Rick Elzinga, Ivano van Erp, Scott Smulders, and more of the fastest names in Dutch motocross.
Lotte will also be enthusiastically participating in the autograph session, where she’ll meet fans and hand out posters, photos, and autographs!
Want to see Lotte in action? Come to the Dutch Mid Season Race in Heerde on Sunday, July 6th!
