Sacha Coenen has won the first moto of the MX2 class in Latvia. Coenen took the lead right from the start and held onto it until the finish. Simon Laengenfelder closed in on Coenen in the final stages but had to settle for second place. Liam Everts rode a consistent race and finished third ahead of Mathis Valin and Camden McLellan.
