Jett Lawrence and Haiden Deegan have also claimed victory in the second round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at Hangtown. Deegan dominated the 250 class by winning both motos, securing the overall win ahead of Jo Shimoda (2-2) and Levi Kitchen (3-3).
In the 450 class, Lawrence took the overall win with a 3-1 moto score, finishing ahead of Aaron Plessinger (2-3) and Justin Cooper (4-2). Eli Tomac won the first moto but could only manage ninth in the second. Jorge Prado also struggled at Hangtown, finishing ninth overall with 12-5 moto results.
