Kevin Horgmo will be back on the starting line this weekend at the German Grand Prix in Teutschenthal. Horgmo suffered a setback last weekend during the first moto of the French Grand Prix when his shoulder dislocated. As a result, he was unable to compete for the rest of the day.
Horgmo underwent a medical examination this week, which revealed that he will require surgery. Nevertheless, he hopes to postpone the procedure until after the season.
The SR Honda Racing Motoblouz rider was in excellent form up until his injury, even securing second place in the qualifying heat in France.
After nine rounds, Horgmo currently sits in tenth place in the MXGP World Championship standings.
