Simon Laengenfelder won the first moto of the MX2 Grand Prix in France ahead of Andrea Adamo and Valerio Lata. Kay de Wolf had a good start and was running in second place when he crashed twice in quick succession. He then worked his way back from dead last to finish in 14th place.
Liam Everts finished eighth, Cas Valk sixteenth, Scott Smulders 22nd, and Emile de Baere 24th.
