Kevin Brumann of the MX Handel team suffered a crash during time practice at the MXGP in Lugo, Spain, on Saturday. As a result, Brumann sustained a shoulder injury.
To address the issue, surgery will be required, which means he will be sidelined for the time being.
Due to the injury, Brumann did not take part in any further action in Spain after the time practice. After eight rounds, he currently sits in 21st place in the championship standings.
