The second moto of the Women’s Motocross World Championship in Galicia was hit by heavy rainfall, making it an extremely tough race for both rider and machine. Kiara Fontanesi took the win ahead of Lotte van Drunen and Daniela Guillen. Lynn Valk and Shana van der Vlist finished in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Van der Vlist led for a significant portion of the race but dropped back to fifth in the second half.
Fontanesi claimed the overall win of the day ahead of Guillen and Van Drunen, who still holds the championship lead with an 8-point advantage over both Fontanesi and Valk.
