Chicco Time_VMXdN Foxhill

The latest VMXdN Foxhill news is that three-time World Champion Alessio Chiodi will return to the Valley of Dreams for his third visit, such is his love for the event.

In 2024, two Italian teams competed in the International Team Race, with Chiodi leading one and David Philippaerts the other. This time, both World Champions join forces with Ivo Monticelli in the Maprin Team Italy squad. Hosted in the A paddock by SC Sporthomes, they are sure to make an impact both in the pits and on the track.

Chicco will race the same DocWob-built 2002 Yamaha YZ 250 he raced on at the 2024 event. However, the bike will have the special anniversary Yamaha livery to match the rest of the DocWob stable. He will also retain the services of his 2024 mechanic, Sonnie Mee, for the event.

The four-day festival celebrating the good and great of the ’90s motocross scene has become a “must-see” with motocross fans of all ages. The packed schedule includes the Show’N’Shine event on Friday (which has been incredible to see year on year) to autograph signings, trade village as well as evening entertainment in the beer tent on top of the racing action.

Camping passes have traditionally sold out, so it’s recommended to pre-book your place by visiting www.vmxdnfoxhill.co.uk . Online spectator ticket prices are currently frozen at 2024 prices.

With the clock counting down to the August bank holiday weekend, the most anticipated event on the British MX calendar is sure not to disappoint with full classes providing gripping racing over Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th – the gates will be open from Midday on Thursday, August 21st for weekend campers looking to embrace the full VMXdN Foxhill experience at the iconic Wiltshire Grand Prix circuit.
