Kay de Wolf managed to win both races of the Grand Prix of Sardinia. De Wolf rode strongly but crashed mid-race. This made things exciting as Andrea Adamo took the lead. De Wolf fought his way back to the front and regained the lead in the final lap. In the overall standings, he won ahead of Camden McLellan and Adamo!
