Oriol Oliver perseveres through challenging French Grand Prix

Oriol Oliver of BTS Racing faced a tough third round of the MX2 World Championship at the French Grand Prix in St. Jean d’Angely. Oliver struggled to find his rhythm on the tricky track, ultimately finishing in twelfth place in the day’s standings.

The third round of the World Championship was held at the legendary St. Jean d’Angely circuit in France. The track was well-prepared, with only a few minor adjustments. However, rainfall created slippery and challenging conditions. Oliver had difficulty finding a good flow on the track. Despite this, he pushed hard and managed to set the sixteenth-fastest time in Saturday’s qualifying and finished the qualification heat in thirteenth.

Oliver and the team did everything they could to improve their feeling on the track, but things didn’t go smoothly during Sunday’s races either. Nevertheless, Oliver persevered and secured a twelfth and thirteenth-place finish in the heats.

In the day’s overall standings, Oliver finished in twelfth place and is now in thirteenth in the overall championship standings.

Next Sunday, BTS Racing will line up for the first round of the Dutch Masters of Motocross in Harfsen, and the following weekend, the next Grand Prix will take place in Riola Sardo, Sardinia.
